After being busy bragging about my Ramón Pérez photoshop (which he emailed me back praising today! check out his artwork at http://www.ramonperez.com) I've just got time to post something I'm working on making much MUCH better...but I kind of like the rough version! BEHOLD! The Last Message From Gallifrey!
Head's a bit big though! See if you can work out where the original images are from!
(You won't guess the face. It's just from a pic from a con!)

Building sites, coursework and Hobbits
Went to "The Rock" today! The big new development in the centre of Bury and yes I know it's not finished yet but a load of us photography lot got to have a wander around and have a look at the place. It is quite impressive, the cinema seemed a bit small but I think I was just a bit put off by the rude Welsh man. Anyway. The veiw from the top of the car park was very pretty, covering all North Manchester! Interestingly, you could see churches on the horizon or at a distance in anyway you looked. It all seemed rather "Da Vinci Code" if you ask me! I will hopefully get the chance to upload some of the photos this week!
Currently taking a break from English coursework. Hopefully I shall never have to read Atwood OR Blake again. Neither of them are my style so I don't in the least feel bad about saying that.
Stumbled across a bit of Hobbit fanfic I haven't worked on in ages so I decided that I would post it for general veiwing. It's near the beginning but I've selected my favourite bit, Two hobbits meet in a market...
"It's a little bit out of the way, if we're quick you should be home by supper!" grinned Fredin
"Supper?! But it's only noon! Where are we going?"
"Tuckborough"
"Tuckborough? What on earth for? I'm not missing some sort of family reunion am I?" asked Brimfast
"Well..." started Fredin with a hopeful look on his face "The Thain has decided that the hills to the east of the
Great Smials can be used by anyone who wants to build their own home! You've been talking about how you'd like a nice
little place of your own, this could be the chance! And Thobdo Proudfoot keeps trying to buy my cottage for his
daughter and son-in-law so I could build a house aswell! Imagine it Brim, you and me, Neighbours! We might even
start a new town! Fredin looked like he could burst with excitement
Brimfast laughed at Fredin but not in a cruel way. He had always been full of mad ideas and this seemed like the
maddest of all! Yet there was something about the idea that Brimfast liked. He did want to get away from his mother
and father and perhaps start a family of his own. After much thinking he turned to Fredin
"Alright. I suppose the least we can do is go and have a look at the land." Fredin was now jumping for joy
"Wonderful! Let's go!" And so they left Waymoot, with Brimfast never having bought what he needed, and set out
on the road, east towards Tuckborough.

Success!
Well I've been getting many positive responses from my deviantART which is lovely! Uploaded some brand spankin' new prints today so go and take a look if you like! (http://pdbrierley.deviantart.com/)
Also, very slowly, making progress with my story (I say story as I'm not sure how long it's going to be yet so if I say Novel then I don't want to create too good an impression!) so that's also good! Hopefully over Easter then I shall have a nice little bit to post for you to have a read of!
Peace Out!

December already?!
Ok so I have become one of those people that has a blog and doesn't go on it for ages and yes, they annoy me too however, one has been terribly busy with college, work and generally rubbish (Assassin's Creed II however, was NOT rubbish)
And now Siege of Mirkwood is out for The Lord of The Rings Online! That means even more of my time being spent not doing comicy related things!
However, in the new year, hopefully I will have the chance to get the creative ball rolling again so until then have a very Merry Christmas, enjoy Doctor Who (we'll all miss you David!) and see you again when I'm an adult! Yaytimes for all!
